Refund Policy

At Maitland’s Kayak, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest. Please review our return policy below:

1. All Payments Are Final
   All payments are considered final one (1) hour prior to your scheduled launch time.

2. Exceptions
   The only exception to this policy applies if we are unable to provide the kayak you requested for your scheduled launch. In this case, you will be offered:

   • A suitable replacement kayak (if available), or

   • A full refund if no replacement can be provided.

3. No-Show & Late Arrivals
   Guests who do not arrive on time for their scheduled launch or cancel within the one-hour window are not eligible for refunds.
